“Was forced to rent a car after an automobile accident. Landed with Enterprise. Was a good experience from beginning to end. Kudos to the 2 young men, at the Lawrence Dr location in Fort Wayne Indiana, Aiden DeLaTorre and Reid Szymanski, that helped me navigate the journey.”

“I'm on my 19th year of travel. This year I switched over National rental car from my old rental car company. I must say, I'm very impressed. Their cars are very nice newer from what I've experienced so far. But I have to mention how good their customer service reps are, they want to help they never seen to busy to help you. I highly recommend using National Rental Car whether it's business or personal travel or just needing a local rental car for a day. Nice work National. And... my rental last week was a very fun experience. So I thought I'd post a Pic.”

“I cannot say enough for how amazing Alamo was. I came into town due to the death of a family member. My flights were significantly delayed and I finally arrived at 1:30am. A nephew had arrived hours before me and let the counter know I was coming (we had no idea it would be that late). When I arrived at 1:30, there was a woman at the counter still waiting for me. I could have cried. She waited for me to get my luggage, walked out with me and waited in her car until I was safely in mine. This to me is so far above and beyond. Thank you to whoever it was. I SO wish I’d gotten a name to be able to thank her here and send a card. Thank you again!”

“Booked a full size sedan online about a few months prior to my arrival. Single traveler I didn’t need or want anything bigger. No point on spending more on gas during my commute for this 4 day trip. Booking stated Toyota Camry or similar. Upon arrival it went fast and easy. Very professional service. However, I was given a SUV trail blazer. I did not want this type of vehicle and explicitly booked something different. If this is considered an upgrade. Which I don’t think it is. Then at least ask me if I wanted it. Anyways, return was quick and easy and final payment was as expected. I would’ve given 5-Stars if I was given the type / class of vehicle I booked or at least offered what I booked months in advance.”
