So nice. ...Then, when we change our dropping location due to unforseen circumstances.No fuss. They just said, "No problem, I'll take care of it.Easy drop.Best service. ...The price is also great. “(Original Review) Left on a full tank of gas, returned it 3 hours and 70 miles later to be charged for a full tank of gas. The Bottom line is don't prepay for gas; fill it up before you return it.(Updated as of 14 May 23) spoke with Alamo customer service and they listened to my concern based on my experience. After that conversation, I am completely satisfied and they have restored my full confidence!! Thank you Alamo team for taking the time to review this situation and take corrective actions. “After my flight was messed up by the airline, I turned to look for a one-way rental and Budget Car Rental stepped up to fill that need. It was a last minute rental that went extremely smooth. Best part was that I was able to rent a vehicle that I was thinking of buying, so I was able to get a long test drive. The pick-up and drop off went smooth and the staff I had contact with were knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood all of my options. My only hiccup was when I needed to change my drop off location. The first phone call was going well until I was put on a kind of hold only to wait more than 5 minutes to only have silence on the other end and I had to start over with calling to make the change. Once I made it through on the second call, it all went fairly smooth in making that change. Thank you for making a stressful situation much less stressful.”

Ignore the bad reviews— if you look thru them, you’ll see it’s mostly for issues local staff have no control over (I’ve been in line several times when people threaten bad reviews/corporate complaints when their card get declined…come on). We will continue to rent here again and again.”
