The people in the branch are nice. The institution sucks. Still big into fees and charging for everything. It's 2026. Get with it. People have options.

Andrea the Branch Manager went above and beyond. I was ready to cancel our business chase credit card account due to poor customer service from the credit card department. Andrea helping me saved a big credit card account for Chase. She deserves to be recognized.
