“The Central Branch is the best of all the Allen County YMCA branches! The thing that makes it so is the character of the building and the warmth/care of all who work there - and the people who workout there. It's just the best!”
“Love the BIG variety of items sold at Cross Boarders!! Their prices are very reasonable and the volunteers are magnificent!! From Furniture to disability supplies they just might have what you need!!”
“I visit this place as often as I can, 112 days or maybe a bit over that, they have the apheresis machines for those that wish and can donate doubles. Perhaps next time I'm there I'll sort my selfie.”
“What a great experience for our students! They enjoyed learning the basics of jobs and getting a taste of what adult life is like. I really appreciate the staff and the opportunity they provided for us.”
“Very kind hearted staff. Very supportive of this Art Student from University of Saint Francis. I was able to put one of pieces in a formal exhibition. Thank You.”
“I called Mustard Seed and scheduled a priority pickup as I had a good amount of furniture I wanted to donate. The two young men who came to pick it up were very courteous and had the job done quickly. Dealing with John when calling in to their location was also a pleasure. I definitely recommend Mustard Seed to anyone looking to donate furniture to a worthy cause.”
“Great atmosphere! Staff very friendly & helpful, very clean, love the pool especially it's year round warmth. Water aerobic classes. My favorite Y 🥰”
“We had a surprise stay in Fort Wayne to see my son's doctor. Ronald Mcdonald staff was helpful and friendly. It's like a little house inside the hospital. Good place to rest from medical stress. The food and drinks available are helpful for parents who forget to eat between meetings and appointments. Safe place for parents and children.”
“We love GiGi's! Not only do they open their space to us as a community group, but they've created amazing food options for our various events and helped support us as we grew. The staff and volunteers are wonderful and the crew always makes me smile.”
“While it worked out that my baby was discharged from the NICU earlier than we thought, the fact that this place was available was a Godsend. In our most desperate time, a kind woman on the phone assured me that not only would we have a nice safe place to stay, but it would be just a brisk walk to our child in the hospital. For just a small recommended donation (if you don't have it, they will not turn you away) they offer security in such an insecure time. Thank you for what you do. People like you make the world a better place.”
“Hands down my favorite smoothie place. The Raspberry Peach has become somewhat of an addiction and I love seeing everyone when they're working. Sheryl is the ultimate smoothie queen, Griffin always has the best blends, Tony is such a hard worker and the Friday afternoon crew is nothing but sunshine and rainbows.”

The Black Chamber Fort Wayne, President Ramadan Abdul-Azeez, held their 2nd Annual Juneteenth Business Symposium's evening workshops at the Fort Wayne Urban League, June 18 - 22, 2024. “The Parkview Artslab on the Arts United campus, straight across Main Street from the FW Art Museum, is an amazing space for local artists. The space offers a home to FW Ballet, an Artlink local artist gallery, and a fully equipped black box theater that can seat just over 100 guests. Such a gem for our local artists of all genres and the community who can come experience this talent in the space. While there don’t forget to grab a donut or cinnamon roll with a cup of coffee from the Pembroke Bakery, which is located right off the lobby. They also offer many GF, vegetarian, and vegan options.”
“It is cool to hear about an organization that works on behalf of those who don't have voices and who need help to get out of slavery. Keep up the good work of rescuing people!”
“I'm testing the waters now they tuck me in off the streets. It's a great place where a person can come and get on their feet if you ever have to start over from scratch with nothing over half the people here are talking to theirselves, a slobber running down their face. Misplaced people, but the building's big.So you gotta take the good with the bad urban neighborhood. I'll let you know how it goes”
“Nice place for pickup load ,give them call ahead ,from 930 route make turn on broadway go south make right turn to Taylor street, make left on Brooklyn and they are on the left side big yard on the back side of the building”

“I want to Thank everyone at Stillwater Hospice for the amazing care they gave my Dad Larry. He was on hospice for two months and everyone there handled a very heartbreaking process with so much compassion, giving my Dad the dignity and care he deserved. I was His caregiver and felt complete guidance and support from everyone at Stillwater. A special Thank You to Ashley, Kati, and Lisa, you all are Angels❤️”
“This goodwill is the best I’ve been to. The clothes are so stylish and many of them still have the tags on them. It’s clean. The dressing rooms are spacious. Go.”
“I enjoyed browsing Blue Jacket resale shop. The store was clean, organized and the staff was kind and helpful. However, some of the prices were a little salty for used item.”
