It was a seamless process and she answered all of our questions in detail, and when unsure of an answer she made sure to track down the right people to give us the best answer possible. “I love my credit union! I found them by accident when purchasing a vehicle in 2020. I told the dealership I'd prefer to finance with a local bank and they set it up through Fort Financial (thanks Preferred Auto!). I've opened more accounts with them and just bought another vehicle through them (and got 1% cash back!). My 9 yr daughter loves going to the bank with me and making hot chocolate in the lobby. I look to them first for any of my personal banking needs and highly recommend them.”

“I am a forever grateful customer of 3 Rivers FCU. In 2014, my husband of 43 years suddenly died. Jeff (unfortunately, I don’t know his last name) was managing the Scott Road and Illinois Road branch. My husband had taken care of all things financial. Jeff worked with me to remove Will from our joint accounts. Patiently, Jeff guided through establishing auto payments. He advised me to use the branch’s fax machine when I had to send confidential documents to companies requesting my husband’s death certificate, will, etc. Jeff helped me transition from a struggling financial novice to my “excellent” credit rating today. I am a diehard fan of 3 Rivers FCU and its people, services, fraud alert team, and expertise.
