For over 75 years, it has focused on fortifying members' lives by building strong relationships and acting as a trusted financial advisor. Many members report positive long-term experiences, describing their home branch as friendly, helpful, and professional, with excellent management and clean, secure facilities. However, some recent experiences with teller staff have been less positive, with mentions of unfriendly, rude, or disrespectful service at times, particularly at the drive-up. Despite this, many members express a strong overall loyalty to the credit union.

The teller Marilyn (Dupont Road) was a great help to me, as she opened a CD for me. She answered all my questions well. Thank you Marilyn. I also talked to an officer and she answered questions regarding my paying bills.
