Awful service. No employees at the front register and we were stuck waiting for an employee at the self-service for almost 10 minutes. When we finally got an employee to help she was very rude and distressing and it seemed like she was blaming us for just wanting to buy things. Super disappointed. Glad I'll never be back.

The staff is friendly, but the drive-thru pharmacy is always extremely slow. Every visit takes an unreasonable amount of time—today, with only three cars ahead of me, I still waited 40 minutes in line. This has been a consistent issue at this location.

It's really 24 hours, which is wonderful if you get a late night script from an unfortunate ER visit or MedStat for that matter. But be aware it will take longer to get your meds just bc it is truly 24hr. This also goes for the store itself.

Every time I come here, I come here after I seen that my meds are ready. And every time they say they are behind and it will be 40 to a hour wait. I was just told today that “ we’re 3days behind and that’s why your medicine isn’t ready. I wish I can give 0 starts. Then they have the nerve to be rude and have an attitude. They need to get it together already, two many people depend on meds for this place not to have it together.

The female pregnant pharmacist and everyone that I have encountered that works the evening shift are extremely rude. I know good help is hard to find but surely CVS can do better. You ask a simple question and they are rude to you in person and over the phone.

So unprofessional it’s not even funny ! 100% sure last night 12-21-24 whoever was in the drive thru window DID NOT work for the pharmacy!! When I say UNPROFESSIONAL I’ve never experienced anything like that I’m asked if I wanted flavor for my medication which I couldn’t even understand what she was saying because she was slurring her works and couldn’t even pronounce half of the medication then when I ask I didn’t realize you asked if I wanted flavored medicine do you think it taste good without it ? Her exact response was I don’t know I don’t even go to the dr nor do I take any medication the only thing I take is Tylenol so why would I be able to tell you if it’s nasty or not I don’t even have insurance. Never in my life have I went to a pharmacy so unprofessional you need to get her out of the window and my insurance covers the flavor so what did she need my bank card for ! ? This is why I WILL NOT be back learn how to he professional

Went to this store after my 9 year old son was in the ER for a Asthma attack and pneumonia to pick up his antibiotics. While waiting he had to use the restroom extremely bad. Not knowing they temporarily had no restrooms I asked a cowork name Tracy if my son could use the restroom. She said there are no public restrooms. Did not think nothing of it as they were under construction. So I went to the pharmacy and I so happen to ask the kind lady helping get meds filled if there was a restrooms. She was extremely helpful and said yes and allowed my son to use the restrooms in the back where employees go. Now I would never consider race in any matter but we are black and Tracy was a older white lady. The lady in pharmacy seemed Hispanic. So for her to go out her way above and beyond was the best customer service I received going to that CVS. We have to do better people. There shouldn't had been no reason for this especially towards my son who only had to use the restroom. Maybe I'm wrong and she was told not to allow people to use it. The point is going above the call of duty is non exist anymore and it's sad. To the lady who helped us! Thank you so very much and God bless you!!! So for her is why I give 2 stars otherwise it would have been a zero.

I like CVS, The staff are really great. The app I'm supposed to get onto for my review says my phone is incompatable. So much for checking on my scrip when I can't access it

If I could rate a zero than I would. I was told my son's inhaler would be ready in 30 minutes on a Tuesday. I pick it up to only get the chamber and not the medication. The next day, I spent the entire day trying to deal with getting the medication. We received a text that it is being filled. I go there around 4:50 pm. They tell me it will be two more hours. My son needs his inhaler! So of course I will come back in two more hours. I arrive around 8:30 pm. Surely, it is ready for pick up based on what they told me. Nope. It will be another hour!!!! What???? Is this a joke.

They only had 1 bottle of vitamin I wanted, when it said, buy 1 get one 50% off. Also they didn't have Diet, CAFFEINE FREE Coke, or Diet Root Beer. However I'm grateful for the CVS 3 blocks away.

Today at 4:30 p.m. I was getting my insurance checked but they didn't take it and the girl literally threw my insurance card back to me. So rude!!! The one with the bandana was very helpful though.
