I had a visit to the Parkview Emergency Room, and what was shocking is that I spent more time standing in this CVS waiting on my prescription, than I did in the emergency room at Parkview. I spent over an hour waiting on a prescription, just standing there with many other customers who were doing the same. CVS should consider a new system to serve customers, especially considering that most people who are in the CVS waiting on prescriptions, are probably sick. Terrible experience.

Amazing pharmacy staffed I needed my daughters inhaler and she got it from another cvs for me within the hour pharmacy staff you rock!!!!!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could, I tried to drop off a prescription and asked the pharmacist for an estimated time that it would be ready for pick up and the girl said she didn’t know and she wouldn’t even enter the information. Told me she refused to be rushed after I told her I wasn’t rushing her I just was needing an estimated time and could wait a few minutes (there was no one behind me) for her to enter the information just so I could plan things out for my day, she shoved the prescription paper back in to my hand and told me to go somewhere else and proceeded to ignore me and not help. Looks like CVS needs to find somebody else to work the window at 9am on Monday.

Pharmacist was very rude. Very unnecessary. If they don't like working 24 hours then they should consider another job.

Overall the wait wasn’t too bad for in-store pickup. However ANN is such a happy and friendly person her smile REALLY is contagious!!! For the woman pharmacy supervisor…. She was RUDE AF.. not only to ANN but also at the customers waiting to be helped! Throwing stuff around and just being RUDE… if it wasn’t for her I would have definitely left more stars… but ANN definitely NEEDS a raise not only for ENJOYING talking to customers but trying to do her job as best as possible!

This CVS has an older 3rd shift Front End employee with longer brown hair, who usually works the cash register, that refuses to allow customers to use the public Restroom. When my friends have asked the pharmacist, the pharmacist said it was okay and allowed them to use the bathroom. But when my friends were checking out the front end employee said in a rude and inappropriate tone: “I don’t appreciate you going behind my back.” They were informed: “it is because that employee refuses to clean the restroom.” Then tonight the pharmacist said: “you have to ask the front end employee,” to which she again was denied use of the public restroom that CVS provides for their customers. This is highly unprofessional with fellow employee intimidation and needs addressed. Public restrooms are scarce late at night for Door Dashers, they provide a service that supports CVS and provides them further business. The least they could do is take care of these Dashers who are also Customers at this establishment. Your Front end employee has a terrible attitude towards their job and should probably find other work if they are incapable of completing their duties.

Made 3 calls to the pharmacy in 1 day and told each time my script would be ready and they would text me ASAP. First call at 11:03am, second call at 3:45pm, third call at 8:30pm. Tech who answered 3rd call was extremely rude and yelled at me as I explained my situation. This is why I try to always go through Walgreens. So disappointing.

I miss the best pharmacy team I ever had. Thank you to everyone who made that store absolutely, hands down, inarguably the best place to get meds. Again, and again, and again, and again... They're consistently the busiest pharmacy I've ever been in but still manage to overcome whatever "adventure," insurance, prescription, or customer throws in their way.

Requested a prescription be sent to Beacon & E State CVS pharmacy. When I arrived, was told they didnt have it. Called the provider who said they would send again. Then was told by CVS employee, yes they do have it now. Though I was informed the prescription I was picking up was already pulled (something about the sticker) & filled by “the other E State CVS” & so I would have to drive there. Wasted some more fuel, pulled up to my third pharmacy of the day, waited 3 cars deep in the drive thru only to be told by “the other E State CVS”, Maplecrest & E State, that they did NOT have it filled & it would be @ least 10 min. Can anyone just do their job? relay proper information? something…please.

Drive 30 minutes to get a prescription they didn't have. Waste of time, will not be returning.
