I went into the Dollar store near my place last weekend and it was actually a nice quick stop. Prices were good (as usual) and they had alot of little stuff I needed like snacks, cleaning wipes, and wrapping paper. The aisles were pretty clean tho one section was a bit messy, but nothing crazy. Cashier was friendly and got me checked out fast, which I appriciated because I was in a hurry. Overall it’s not fancy, but it does the job and saves me a few bucks, so I’ll definitly go again.

A waste of time they didn’t have any work gloves then they wouldn’t even let a customer use the restroom so I took my money elsewhere

I love my neighborhood stores but this store gives me the iches its flithy, coustomer serivce is very unprofessional. Speaking of personal life experiences. Refuse to help when ask and if ask they make you feel like a burden. Store is always disarranged , expired food on shelves and in fridges. The store manager is always outside smoking or on phone. Carts with stock on them always clutter the allys sits their for days.. wish they would close store its more of a burden then for our area then a good thang.

Store doors were locked before the posted store hours, when the csr at the register saw me at the door he shook his finger and head and said no, with 7 mins before closing time.

There are always people who are very rude and apart from that it is always super messy, several times I have found that the cashiers are unpleasant and disrespectful

I just left this store When I got to the cash register, there was a line in front ofthe lady that was checking out.
Was treated with such a disrespect and then after she walked out of the store, the cashier proceeded to talk about her. With the next customer in line. Or at least try to because that customer wanted no part of it. That is so unprofessional.Your job is not to talk shit about customers or try to with Other consumers. Get it together lady

Stopped on a spur of the moment hoping not to have to back track for a universal remote. 16.75 later remote in hand I was home programing a couple televisions. Clerk was great and my service dog Cookie loved her when she presented a Ritz to him after asking. ??

Bought a Spendwell card there. I couldn't open account took it back and they wouldn't refund money. It clearly states on card if u have problems take it back and have retailer call and cancel. The manager was rude, nasty and needs to shower. Place is a disaster. Poor service slow service .

It's so hard to keep stores/retail clean. It's a staffing issue. But the entrance both inside & out, should always be addressed.
