“We live out of state and this is by far the cleanest, best organized Dollar Tree I have ever been too. I'm going back home to brag about this store! Krystle was very helpful as well as very polite and just overall great!!! Awesome job store #8461!!”

Great prices and food selection is amazing with today's prices I seriously got 5 meals and a bunch of other items we needed for under 50.00 these days at any other food stores the items we got just for dinners would have been alot more price wise.. my go to dollar tree for sure.”
“I dont normally shop here but they had the perfect sized bins I needed. Keisha was great. She was dealing with a difficult customer but kept her cool and even found the time to help me look in the system for more bins.

“Dollar Tree is very true to its name. The store has various items such as cards, toys, and seasonal things. Good store for appliances, doesn't have much frozen food but a decent amount, the snack zone has sweets, drinks such as water or Pepsi, cotton candy. Recommended to go here if you are looking for cheap things to use!”
“Didn't realize there was a Dollar Tree location here. I work at the one on cold water rd. Tried to make conversation with the cashier but he kinda ignored me so it was kind awkward but, it's ok not trying to make a make a big deal about it since I'm not super talkative myself sometimes, but I at least respond to customers if they talk to me. He did at least joke when i first walked up said it was a 5 items or less line lol. But, overall I was actually was excited about this one because it's so much bigger and has stuff my location doesn't.”

“The cleanest dollar general I've been in. Things are on the shelves not stacked in isles so I can't get through with my walker. This might be a little drive from my house, but this is my new dollar general. Dawn and Cathy were so friendly and went above and beyond customer service. What great women you have working for you. Wish all your staff and dollar generals were like this one. They are Definitely keepers. Keep it up ladies. You're awesome.”
“I normally come here on mondays to shop for hot wheels, I found some really neat ones from the new set that just came out, and even the cashier (assistant manager) Marry Ann had a bit of a reaction at how cool some of the ones I grabbed were, we had a small conversation considering I was the last customer before closing, but she was really nice and had a warm energy. I generally always walk out happy out of this location as most employees here are kind and come up to me asking me if I need help or anything. I feel comfortable at this store”

“My experience there was both good and bad. You walk in the store and they had freight and boxes there so it was very hard to move around. But I found everything I needed. As I was leaving a van had parked so close to me I couldnt get in my car. So when I unlocked my car I always put my keys on the front seat and loaded my things with hitting this van. In the process of being extra careful not to hit the van, my hand hit the lock button for my doors. So needless to say I was locked out. With my windows cracked just enough I thought if I could find something to grab the keys it would be ok. So I asked them if the had a hanger or anything I could borrow and the employee said I may have something in my truck. She had a big stick which we were able to hit the unlock button after realizing my keys were to heavy for the stick. I dont remember the girls name but I couldnt thank her enough. I told here that we need people like her and hugged her. So I would definitely visit there again.”

“So far I'm very happy they redid the store and the employees but I'm seeing a down the same path to not 4 stars already the young lady I encountered was register girl and no greeting a bland look on her face no smile and music very loud and her hair well I will give it a little while longer before I go back in cause it seems like this stores energy is still not quite right appearance and friendly smiles make all the difference it's not a corner store it's an establishment and everything and everyone who represents this establishment should be and look presentable at least ?hope it gets better ☺️”

“Love the supervisor She has made this store little bit cleaner and organized. She hasn't been there for very long but the store shaping up. The young boy was a big hugh bonus for them. I had alot. I was taking some out to car turned around. He has the rest. Totally impress with his attitude. Smiles, positive, wants to and does help with anything. And Lisa. Like always. You are super nice. “DG usually has everything I need. I wish they would keep instant pizza crust mix in stock. They do typically have a good variety of other groceries though. I just use pizza crust mix the most. I like that they also have basic clothes, paper products, electronics and more.”

“I stopped into this Family Dollar to get some greeting cards and some air fresheners as well as laundry detergent. There was one girl working the store who was unloading an entire shipment from a tractor trailer all by herself. She was very polite even though she had boxes stacked from floor to ceiling in every aisle. She immediately stopped what she was doing when I got done my shopping and came to the counter to check me out. She had a huge smile and was more than polite considering the stress she was under. There is a brand new Family Dollar just a mile down the road but this store always has a great employee that works during the day on weekdays. She is a huge asset to the company. She told me she had been working there many years and the she enjoyed her job even though they can't get help. I found exactly what I was looking for and as usual the prices can't be beat. The outside however could use some work. The parking lot is full of potholes and the exterior of this store is in dire need of some tender loving care. It is easy to get in and out of this Plaza on to Bluffton Road and had either north or south at any given time. I always use this Family Dollar as opposed to the new one because it is quieter and because of the staff even though the newer one is of course in better shape cosmetically.”
