Don Ayres Honda Parts is a Honda dealership where the salesperson was kind, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and kept customers up to date on every step, making the vehicle ordering process easy. Customers note that the finance department was pushy, repeatedly offering packages they did not want and becoming less pleasant when the offers were declined. Despite expensive prices and hard access due to traffic, the dealership has no attempts to upsale or add services; an oil change often ends with only that service. Customers remain appreciative and recommend the salesperson.

This dealership has horrible customer service and are cliche salesmen. Lowballed me on trade in and wanted ridiculous prices on their cars. Hondas are great cars but there are much better dealerships to buy from.

Couldn't answer a simple question by email. Asked for the price for a timing belt change and was told I needed to call in and discuss. Goodbye! I went somewhere else.
