Always great service here! I feel confident leaving my machine in their hands. They’re great about communicating clearly, setting expectations, and delivering great results. My machines always sew much better after a tune up from them. We’re so lucky to have such a top notch shop in Fort Wayne!

Extremely helpful staff!! Very knowledgeable regarding janome machines, fabrics, and troubleshooting issues with projects and machines. Very reasonable trade in policies on used sewing machines!
