“I have been dealing with some subpar appliances for a couple months now, so I asked around. Pretty much every person I asked where to go, (As I’m not originally from the area), recommended Elwood’s Appliances, and I mean EVERYONE. I’m glad I took the advice. The customer service was amazing. They worked to make sure I was units that would fit in my (older) home. Delivery and installation were very professional. Prices are unbeatable. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with the big box stores and shop local. It was 100% worth it and I will definitely be a customer for life.”

“Found some pretty good stuff in here and honestly wasnt expecting such a nice selection. There were a lot of different things to look through, and I liked that the prices felt reasonable. You do have to take your time and look around, but thats kinda part of the fun with a second hand store. The staff was friendly and didnt bother me while I was browsing. I ended up finding a couple things I liked and left pretty happy with what I got. I’ll probably check this place again sometime when I’m in the area.”

“My first time hearing about Mark's was as their call center. They were always prompt and professional. So, when my refrigerator was collecting water, I contacted them. They could have sold me on all sorts of things. I knew nothing. But, they found the issue fast, ice blocking the place water would flow out, and removed it for 20 dollars for having to come out. Second time I contacted them about possible seal replacement, they said how to tell if the seals needed replacing instead of coming here and costing me money. Turns out my seals were fine for now! Wonderful people and would highly recommend over and over. - Audie”

“After finding the internet little to no help identifying a replacement belt for my upright, I took my machine here. The man pulled out the dirty roller, cleaned and reassembled with a proper belt. All for the price of the belt. Next time I'm itching for my next used vacuum, I'm going here. Local business. Good folks.”

“Had to have our very old dryer repaired. This was during the beginning of the pandemic about 2 years ago. Had a hard time finding someone to come out. The repair man from Sandpoint was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was expecting the cost to be higher than it actually was. I am in need of replacing the dryer now and I plan on checking with Sandpoint.”

“Our visit to Stucky's was pleasant and comfortable. Our sales person (Jim) was knowledgeable as well as easy- going. All of our questions were answered, and we felt no pressure to hurry or purchase. The selection of appliances is exceptional; Jim helped us navigate the floor and never tried to influence our decision.”

“Parking lot is massive, so you won't have any trouble parking your long AF truck or trailer. Despite what other said here, customer service is top notch here. What you radiate is what you will attract. I'm working on a big home project, which required A LOT of woodcutting. I found the prices for wood here were cheaper than Menards. Shout out to Turner for helping us cut 2x4s, 1x5s, plywoods and soooo much more. He really took the time to help us cut pieces - a literal Angel. Found everything I needed here and would recommend this location.”
