I have come here several times while visiting family and I always leave so happy! The clearance room is amazing!! They have such a wonderful inventory and every single employee is helpful and friendly. Can't wait to visit again in December and buy as much as I can again! Haha!

Edwards is absolutely the best! Best in price hands down!! Because of their pricing I have been able to purchase better machines. Best in customer service! Kind, helpful, follow through. Lisa and her team go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I have moved over 8 hours away and travel back to this store because of how they care for others. Called to see if they serviced my brand of sewing machine. They typically don’t. But the woman on the phone checked with the service team and I was instructed to bring it in to see if it was something they could fix. So I packed it up, drove across town, and carried it in. The woman at the door checked with the service team and then told me they won’t work on it. No one even bothered to look at it. Would have been nice if I had been informed when I called. Would give one star, but the front desk person was nice, even though not helpful.

Such a great store. Has everything and very friendly staff. Tilda is my favorite, so glad to have it nearby. They have a huge selection of fabrics and notions.

Amazing! I figured out my sewing machine was broken. I took it to them yesterday afternoon to see about getting it fixed. They told me it would be a couple of days. I got a call within 24 hours saying it was fixed and tuned up (thankfully, I didn't need any parts), and I was able to get it picked up. Only cost about $90!! They were absolutely amazing! They have so much in the shop!!! They offer sewing classes and on the phone assistance with sewing!

I LOVE their fabric choices! It may be a little higher priced than others, but the higher quality feel of their fabric makes it worth it to me! Very helpful staff, classes avaliable for all kinds of sewing needs, even bought a serger from them. Every big city needs a place like this! Highly recommend!
