“Friendly and helpful service. I had a bad battery that was under warranty. I got it replaced without any hassle. Also went to replace a watch battery only to find out the second had was stuck and didn't need battery replaced. Such great service.”

“I had a warranty issue with my whirlpool washing machine. They linked me up with this company to have the machine serviced. Jeremy came to service my machine. He was professional, respectful of my home, communicated well, and was kind… Not judgmental of the pile of dirty stinky laundry… lol… so for his service I give 5 stars.
However when setting up the initial appointment with scheduling, I communicated my work schedule and was told the tech would be able to be there in the evening when I was home from work… That was not the case.. when I called the company I was told the service techs only work until 1 pm. Which I was promised 2-4 pm for service. I made accommodation… I had to. Jeremy was patient with me, and I appreciated it considering the headache I was having trying to work, falling behind, and making arrangements… At this point I was 1 month without a washing machine.. guy came and checked it out. Ordered the parts. All good.
I get a call a few days later. Parts have arrived, time to schedule again. I let the lady know Thursday-Sunday are my only available days. She offers me a Monday. I reiterated. She offered me a Wednesday. I offered her a Thursday, she said he wouldn’t be in town. I pushed it to the next week. She tried a Tuesday. I said Thursday. Finally we made arrangements.
Long story short communication with scheduling was super frustrating.. id give them 1 star..
I have been 2.5 months without a washing machine. A washing machine I paid 800$ less than 8 months ago… thanks for tuning in. Wishing others better luck with the company.”

“Took my android phone in because it would not stay on or charge basically it was fried. Called CPR they were great. They explained the process and gave their professional opinion as to what to do. They tried to salvage the phone but it was not going to work out. I bought a phone elsewhere which is fine however if they had a selection of refurbished like new phones to buy I wouldn't of had to be without a phone for a few days. I definitely would recommend them if you need your phone repaired!”
