“The young woman at the front desk is so helpful! I brought a phone in, and when she installed the battery and sim card the phone language was Chinese. She got help from the guys in the shop, translated the setting to English and I was all fixed up in a very short time. Highly recommend this company. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“You would have a really difficult time finding anyone in Fort Wayne who knows as much about speakers and stereo equipment as the staff here. They sell all sorts of new and used equipment, and I was able to buy a really nice set of used Paradigm speakers at well below retail price. I was also able to have a repair done (at a reasonable price) on a sub with a blown surround. Some thoughts for first-time customers: A) Used gear is used gear. They test or repair everything before they sell it, but if it's older, you might still encounter an issue. That is the nature of used equipment. B) They do great work on repairs, but there aren't many businesses in the area who do this work, so be prepared to wait. It's worth it to have the job done correctly.”

“I had a pretty good experience at this department store. The layout was easy to figure out, and I didn't have to spend forever looking for what I needed. They had a nice mix of products, and most of the shelves were well stocked. One employee helped me find an item that was in a different section, which I appreciated. Checkout moved quicker than I expected, even with a few people in line. Prices seemed fair compared to other stores around here. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping trip and I'd probly come back again when I need a few things.”

“Really nice guys. Very helpful. Found an antenna here that I needed a second one of. They were the only ones that had it. It turns out the antenna is now built riveted and welded together in one piece, which meant I wasn't getting it through the cutout hole into my attic. They recommended and provided an antenna, one that could be brought up in pieces and assembled in the attic, that was a better regarded brand at a slightly higher price for no additional charge.”

“I skimmed reviews of several Cricket locations in Fort Wayne and one name kept popping up again and again: Francisco. Who was this guy who seemed like he was everywhere at once? I called around until I found out what store he was currently at, and guess what? It was worth the effort! His knowledge and experience (and good nature) made what could have been a cumbersome mess a complete breeze. So my strong recommendation, for what it's worth, if you are headed to Cricket in Fort Wayne, is the State Blvd location. Even if it's a little out of your way, you will be glad you made the effort!”

“Had to have our very old dryer repaired. This was during the beginning of the pandemic about 2 years ago. Had a hard time finding someone to come out. The repair man from Sandpoint was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was expecting the cost to be higher than it actually was. I am in need of replacing the dryer now and I plan on checking with Sandpoint.”

“I just want to give Brittany a big shout out.. This girl went above and beyond.. I went in looking to get a iPhone 17 or a iPhone 17e but didn’t have any at store and that was okay I still walked out with a iPhone 16e and the only reason is because I loved the way Brittany’s attitude and vibe was..she even went back to double check even tho she already know that they where out of Stock.. She not only sold me a iphone 16e and she also sold my friend on the same plan a phone as well. With her Positive attitude, and vibe she made us Feel welcome and was not one bit lazy about her job help walk us through the Progressive leasing and all. Great job Brittany keep up the great work”

“Great time today! Typically visiting a cell phone store can often turn into a nightmare. Today we were helped by Gavin and Greg. They were professional , thoughtful and patient. I highly recommend them to serve your needs. Gavin's knowledge of different plans and his ability to help accommodate our family's needs were second to none! I would consider Gavin on the Rushmore of Verizon employees next to Jay Curr and Mike Fisher!”
