“Took my android phone in because it would not stay on or charge basically it was fried. Called CPR they were great. They explained the process and gave their professional opinion as to what to do. They tried to salvage the phone but it was not going to work out. I bought a phone elsewhere which is fine however if they had a selection of refurbished like new phones to buy I wouldn't of had to be without a phone for a few days. I definitely would recommend them if you need your phone repaired!”

“You would have a really difficult time finding anyone in Fort Wayne who knows as much about speakers and stereo equipment as the staff here. They sell all sorts of new and used equipment, and I was able to buy a really nice set of used Paradigm speakers at well below retail price. I was also able to have a repair done (at a reasonable price) on a sub with a blown surround.
Some thoughts for first-time customers:
A) Used gear is used gear. They test or repair everything before they sell it, but if it's older, you might still encounter an issue. That is the nature of used equipment.
B) They do great work on repairs, but there aren't many businesses in the area who do this work, so be prepared to wait. It's worth it to have the job done correctly.”

“I had a pretty good experience at this department store. The layout was easy to figure out, and I didn't have to spend forever looking for what I needed. They had a nice mix of products, and most of the shelves were well stocked. One employee helped me find an item that was in a different section, which I appreciated. Checkout moved quicker than I expected, even with a few people in line. Prices seemed fair compared to other stores around here. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping trip and I'd probly come back again when I need a few things.”

“Really nice guys. Very helpful. Found an antenna here that I needed a second one of. They were the only ones that had it. It turns out the antenna is now built riveted and welded together in one piece, which meant I wasn't getting it through the cutout hole into my attic. They recommended and provided an antenna, one that could be brought up in pieces and assembled in the attic, that was a better regarded brand at a slightly higher price for no additional charge.”

I went in looking to get a iPhone 17 or a iPhone 17e but didn’t have any at store and that was okay I still walked out with a iPhone 16e and the only reason is because I loved the way Brittany’s attitude and vibe was..she even went back to double check even tho she already know that they where out of Stock.. She not only sold me a iphone 16e and she also sold my friend on the same plan a phone as well. With her Positive attitude, and vibe she made us Feel welcome and was not one bit lazy about her job help walk us through the Progressive leasing and all. Great job Brittany keep up the great work”
