Clerks not helpful with exchange of jacket bought at main campus bookstore.

Nobody in person knows how to help you with your books. My orders took 3 weeks to be partially filled partially cancelled. 500$ in books I should have bought off amazon. Please to the next freshman DO NOT buy from the bookstore unless you absolutely have to

Had to order my books, said they would call me when they would arrive. came to check in if they were, and they WERE.did not receive a call or any email, apparently the worker said they've been there for 3 WEEKS ridiculous and not very welcoming.
