I didn't want it but salesman refused to give up. Next thing I know I get signed up and I already have a very reliable internet service that doesn't play games ect. Frontier customer service is horrible and treated me like I'm stupid.

Terrible service. super slow. can’t get ahold of anybody it’s only robots. they take more money than nessesary and won’t refund you. company is a joke.

They now have AI doing their customer service calls. First ship them over seas and now AI.
