He made it trouble free. I watched him service 5 different customers simultaneously and flawlessly as they came in at closing time! Job well done! “We just left the Stellhorn Rd. Verizon store and wanted to take a moment to recognize Noah for the outstanding customer service he provided. We initially stopped in to inquire about a specific phone and were planning to return the next day to complete the trade-in and setup. Noah was assisting another couple with their phone transfers. He talked us and was able to answer our questions while continuing to engage with the other couple making sure everyone felt valued and taken care of. Even though we offered to come back another day as the store was closing, Noah offered to stay and help us. He stayed late to complete the phone transfer, as it was the last S26+ available at that location. His willingness to take the extra time to ensure everything was completed was greatly appreciated. Noah was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. He was informative and made what could have been a stressful phone upgrade a very positive experience. Thank you, Noah, for your flexibility, patience, and dedication to your customers. You represent exactly the type of person customers hope to work with when making an important purchase. “I’m not sure which Frontier location Rob is based out of in Fort Wayne, but he set up my Wi-Fi today and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! He was very engaging, yet very professional. He’s the exact kind of guy you want to have come out and work on your installation or any other service. We had a quick chat, then he promptly completed the job and informed me every time he was coming/ going from my apartment. He also stayed around until I had all of my devices connected and was set to go. Rob is truly a high quality sort of employee!”
