“My wife and I went shopping. As we entered the store, we were greeted by Isaac. From the moment go he was absolutely fantastic. He never tried to sell us or convince us we needed something. His knowledge of the entire process, and what we were looking for was absolutely wonderful. Additionally, he even reminded us that our current mattress might be under warranty. He did not have to show that level of integrity, but he did. That integrity showed throughout the entire process. I will return to Mattress Firm just to deal with him again. “I would give 6 stars if I could. Other stores felt very gimmicky with salesmen pressuring us to make a purchase same-day or the deal would be gone. The staff at Fairfield is very knowledgeable, pointing out differences in each chair that we had never considered, and they did not pressure us in any way. We ended up custom ordering an Elran rocking swivel power recliner, which was great because we were able to choose the perfect fabric to match the nursery. We did not have to sacrifice comfort/functionality for style. A few weeks later the chair was ready and Fairfield delivered it directly into the nursery, assembled it, and took away all packaging materials. Even with such great service, the pricing was very competitive! We couldn't be happier with the selection, pricing, and service that we found at Fairfield Galleries!”

I had found a photo of a very special table online that I wanted, and I asked him to custom make it for me. He completed the project beyond my hopes and expectations! The specific wood for this piece could only be found in another county and he imported it, while also sending me photos so that I could pick the specific cut and grain I liked best. “I was all set to order new furniture from another store. However, my friend wanted to go to Habegger first to look for a recliner. So I went with her before ordering my furniture and I am so glad that I did. I had never been to Habegger before. Trina helped her pick out a recliner and I was so impressed with Trina’s knowledge and patience. So instead of ordering the furniture from the other store, I made an appointment with Trina for her to come to my home and give me suggestions. I changed my mind a couple of times after I thought I knew what I wanted but Trina was so patient and understanding. I ended up purchasing a Smith Brothers sofa and two motorized recliners. I’ve had my new furniture for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. My room looks so much better. I don’t anticipate needing any new furniture in the near future but if I do, I will see Trina and Habegger first and if I find what I want, I won’t go anywhere else. Great service and fast delivery!”
