“What's to say You by the gas you put it in you use it on that aspect they do really well they have some auto maintenance lubricants and fluids for sale I just wish they had a couple of grocery items like milk or bread for sale so you didn't have to go all the way down to the store and fight the Hazardous parking lot and disrespectful crowds”

Worked at this location for 4 years, most grocery stores are the same, but I put this location above the rest, maybe Dupont is better. Employees are generally nice. The store is large, it's a supermarket, what do you expect?”

“As a new member, I didn't have a physical card to put into the gas pump for payment. Lucky me, the attendant was kind and helped me get the payment completed. She then pointed me to the member services desk, where a physical card could be printed for me.
Gas prices were low, and I was really thankful for the extra assistance. Very positive experience all around.”
“Every time I’ve gone for the past few years, it has been marvelous.My only concern is a gas station employees. There was an employee who did not seem to speak English well, or struggled to comprehend my question about the gas station system with cash and Kroger number. However, this is not necessary a repetitive or large issue.”

“Like all Shell stations around town they have a solid ethnic restaurant inside for carry out. Gangster hats and tshirts, mild paraphernalia, scales rolling papers glass oil burners. Largest selection of vapes around, more than amazing vapes and copper canyon. Cigarettes are over priced.And they have gas too. I think.”
“One of the only places that sells 91 octane. It’s cheaper than 93 that most stations offer as premium, but still works perfectly if you drive a car that requires premium. The store is large, has a great selection and is always clean. I go out of my way to stop at Lassus over any other gas station!”

“I went into this Lassus this morning, and was beyond blown away by the amazing customer service that was given to me by the Store Manager…..Some might say that it was her responsibility, and yes quality service maybe —But this was truly beyond exceptional and beyond appreciated!! I will definitely be back; I shared with her before leaving that if they did not hire 20 more individuals just like her, that they were doing something wrong ??”

“~Hands Down, Yolanda has some of the most AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve come across in years……What truly makes it more special, is that you can always tell that it’s genuine! She literally treats most everyone the same, regardless of race, gender, or age. While some people might easily want to dismiss this comment because it comes from someone who works at a gas station ⛽️, I am the complete opposite. I literally will drive out of my way, passing at least one or two other gas stations, to fill up here, simply because genuine customer service speaks volumes about the company itself, as it shows a higher level of integrity in their hiring process when they value service/quality over laziness and someone who could care less than to just bring home a check. Most companies today, simply no longer care. They will hire anyone, with little to no background check whatsoever, as long as their own personal pockets continue getting lined with cash who cares about the next person?!KUDOS To Shell, for valuing Service, Quality, People….Just as much as they care about themselves!!! Thanks ?? for regularly treating me like family, especially in such difficult times!”
“At about 6:55 pm on Wednesday, April 3rd we stopped at the Coventry Kroger Fuel Center to fill the tank on the Vue. It hadn't been the best day but soon one young man would change that for us! Pat didn't catch his name but he was working the Fuel Center kiosk that evening. It was almost as if he could read my sister's heart and felt the need to see if he could lift her spirits and he did so in a major way through his act of kindness. He acted spontaneously and from his heart! I won't say what his act of kindness was but he knows, we know and of course God saw it all! We just wanted to say thank you again and hopefully he will see this and know he really did make a difference that day for the two of us. May God bless him for his thoughtfulness and we will think of him when we can pay it forward to some other soul who need to have an uplifting moment in their day too! “There's a couple of really good things about this gas station.
Firstly, the hot food selection is pretty good. Especially in the mornings. On occasion, I have to swing by and grab something quick and even at 6:00 in the morning they have hot food ready. Very convenient.
In addition, an employee there named Chris is great! All I needed was a bag of ice and I had more courteous and professional service granted to me then I have in the lifetime of shopping at Kroger. He said sir, welcome, thank you, please, directed me to the ice bins, said have a good day, and so forth.”

“I love the cashiers here. All of them. I go here, a mile out of my way at various times of the day for gas and they ALWAYS make me laugh. I don’t know the name of the man who worked Sunday, Dec. 15 near 9:30pm but he’s great. They all are. I have to move away in about a month and I’ll seriously miss the cashiers.”
“Use Kroger Fuel mostly because of the Kroger points. Always guaranteed to get at least $0.03 off when you use your Kroger card is always good. Place is always clean and well-lit and the fuel quality seems to be good. He's easy to get in and out”

“In my area (28th st, Grand Rapids, MI) gas here is anywhere from 30-50 cents per gallon cheaper. There's always a friendly guy running around checking on people and saying hi. Only bad thing is this place can be crazy busy. O.W. 5 stars.
One odd thing, in Fort Wayne IN that station isn't much cheaper than all the other stations. Not sure why?”
