“Stopped In today . Spoke with a manager named Joseph , super nice guy very helpful and informative. So I’m leaving 5 stars for what would be a zero star experience for Verizon as a whole . Joseph actually made me feel a little bad for canceling all my lines and switching to AT&T pre pay because I feel like if I solely worked with him the entire time and not unknowledgeable reps that try to push new lines, upgrades, services I wasn’t there for and no help if not doing any of these things, I would have likely stayed a Verizon customer . Thanks for the help Joseph 5 star manager for sure .”
“After spending endless hours on the website, trying the chat feature, tried calling their sales team to open up a brand new line of service all it really took was to go into the store! I had a great experience back to back days and Mackenzie G. Was seriously amazing! She had a great personality and was very knowledgeable about what she did for your job. I would recommend skipping out on all the “easy” ways of doing things online and doing things on apps and just take a stroll to the store on Illinois road. Seriously I was in and out with numbers to think of the first night, ensured my credit wouldn’t be ran over and over again unlike what happens online, and she had it all saved for the next day. I walked in and was out within 30 mins and that was starting an entirely new plan and service with the company. Thank you so much Mackenzie, I truly hope your higher ups see how well you do with the task at hand. Thank you! 10 stars for sure!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”

“The manager (Lexy I think) was great. I had clicked on something that I shouldn't have and messed up my phone. I stopped in, she took a look and after a few minutes, had it restored to like new. No pressure about upgrades and didn't make me feel stupid for doing something I shouldn't have. I will be back to her store. Thank you! Great service!”
“Was so happy to be in and out just trying to get a transfer pin number for my phone number not happy with Xfinity but this store was very friendly and very easy to get to transfer pin Xfinity screwed me out of my old number though I couldn't get it to transfer when I got my new phone with a different carrier I will never go back to Xfinity the customer service phone line is horrible and it's impossible to get someone on the phone they also cheated me out of a free month and my phone was stolen took me a week to get a new one had to call them to activate it and they activated the stolen phone it's ridiculous what a pain it was working with them they really need to get a better system going if they want to keep customers”
“Had Lloyd installing, went smoothly, internet 500mbps upload and download when testing hard-wired. Would be a 5 star if frontier was able to facilitate same day or next day burying of the line. Said 2 weeks which makes mowing a bit more of a difficult task and feel bad for neighbors who get back of yard it goes through.”
“They helped me upgrade my Internet to a faster speed for the same price. I’m paying now. They also helped me get a faster modem to handle that Internet. Also, in the past, I’ve come to them to upgrade my cell phone plan, and they’ve been extremely helpful. I would highly recommend these people. If you’re looking for an upgrade either on your Internet or your cellular line, definitely reach out to them. There are the people to go to, and they have excellent prices.”
