Hours: James Medical Southwest is amazing. The staff is fantastic, very helpful, and does their best to explain everything. They are amazing at juggling multiple people at the same time. The associates are wonderful, knowledgeable about the equipment, warranty, and options, and provide excellent customer care. They give clients time to talk and ponder without hovering. It is really nice to be able to go in and actually try the different wheelchair or scooter options. The staff takes the time to show how to use the equipment with a smile. For any medical equipment needs, they strive to provide the highest quality in a cost-effective manner, with client dignity and confidentiality as the highest priority.
