I have been in the Southwest location twice in the last 6 months. The same gentleman was working both times and was so incredibly rude, I won't be back. He was the only one working today and made it very clear to the 4 customers waiting that he was the only one working. The 1st time I was in there I was the only customer and he was still rude. There is never a reason to be rude. While I always try to shop locally owned small business's, Amazon will be getting more business due to his rudeness.

Food was great. Service lacked a little. Appetizer came out right before main course. Then waitress didn't check on table for 15 mins for drinks. The standard time to check on customer after food is delivered, is 3 to 5 minutes if you are very busy. She wasn't. We asked another waiter for help and he gladly got drink for us.
