“I am BEYOND thankful for the team at James Medical. I went in this morning in a bit of a panic because my mother-in-law's lift chair (bought from another vendor) stopped working this morning.
The team in the store was so kind to help me find and pick out a new chair for her and got me same-day delivery so she didn't have to go a day without the chair. They were extremely kind and patient with me being in an absolute panic and helped calm me down and reassured me that they would help me out.
The guys who came to remove her old chair, as well as deliver and set up her old chair, were also super kind. They were extremely professional and walked me through how to use her new chair.
James Medical is an asset to Fort Wayne, as far as I'm concerned. The staff is knowledgeable and compassionate and that is a rare thing to find nowadays. Thank you all again!”

We happened to visit on a day the owner was there. She was very kind and welcoming. While we were checking out we had a very pleasant conversation with her. She's so supportive and warm!

“Josh was very helpful and took extra time to explain my options and listened to my needs as well. Got the insurance approval for my wheelchair and power assist today after 3 DAYS!! I worked with another local company for over a year and was denied and denied . Finally after their agent was rude one to many times I said DONE and switched to Numotion.
Would definitely recommend anyone to use Numotion for their mobility needs and will never use another company.”

“I needed to rent a wheelchair for my elderly parent visiting for the holidays. The staff were SO helpful! They showed me how to use the wheelchair and helped me load it in my car and remove it upon return. They have a lot of items for various needs and all are very high quality. I will only go to this business when I'm need of any of these items.”
“James Medical is amazing. I visited the Jefferson location with my mom looking for a transport wheelchair. Joe is fantastic. He is very helpful and does his best to explain everything he can for you. He is amazing at juggling multiple people at the same time too. If you find yourself waiting, be patient and listen to what he says to the other people because it will likely pertain to you as well. Be sure to stop by for any of your medical equipment needs.”

“My husband and I have been clients of NSM over 15 years. We've had many power wheelchairs. New and serviced by NSM. The staff has gone over and above in getting us the equipment We've required. We get good turnaround time. Service on my chair. Elaine makes the transition process as easy as she can. Making the appointments for fittings and evaluations fit my schedule. Kris processes the paperwork and gets the approvals. The approvals take time. Repairs come with their service based on your insurance company approvals. I am very happy with National Seating Mobility.”
“I am so happy with the care I continue to receive from Lincare! I was recently hospitalized and was pretty out of it after my surgery- I needed my Bipap and had somehow left my connector piece at home - With 45 minutes to close my daughter rushed over and they gave her a connector for me to use in the hospital and keep to take home! Talk about Real Care! I appreciate this company so much and definitely recommend them !!! Thanks Lincare You saved me because I need my Bipap - sleep without it really takes a number on my Body and You all Came through for me in such a major way!
