“I received a call from a representative from T Mobile regarding changing out my Sim card. Considering I don't use T-Mobile for my cell provider, I was surprised to have gotten his call. I told him I was more than happy with my provider Boost Mobile. Then I went to my regular Boost Store to speak to an associate regarding that call. The gentleman at Boost explained to me that several people have received the same calls from representatives. I am so thankful the Boost Store associate took the time to explain that this is T-Mobile's attempt to fool Boost customer's into switching carriers. I have had my Boost account for years and I consider Boost, and the local store associates; to be convenient and always helpful. Shame on T-Mobile for their tactics and dishonesty.Thank you,A loyal Boost customer. :)”

Coliseum store gave us little to no info about the plan/service issues we could experience. Anyhow Layan (boost rep) was VERY knowledgeable and informed me about things that the coliseum employees didn't! Any further transactions ie: warranty, insurance, upgrade, or accessories will be bought/dealt with through the Pontiac Mall location”
