Me and my husband made an appointment with Gavin on a day that he was not even scheduled to work and he said he would be there just to get us new phones so we showed up at the scheduled appointment time and he never showed so his co-worker Nolan took care of us!!!”

“I recently stopped by this cell phone store to check out some new models and get a few questions answered about my plan. The staff was polite and greeted me when I walked in. They had a decent selection of phones and accessories, and the store looked clean and organized. I did have to wait a bit before someone could assist me, but once they did, the representative was helpful and explained the options clearly. Overall, it was a pretty standard experience—nothing exceptional, but also nothing to complain about. I’d consider going back if I need another device or upgrade in the future.”

“Most likey best customer service in town. The coliseum blvd store started us but I regret not going to the Pontiac Mall location instead! Coliseum store gave us little to no info about the plan/service issues we could experience. Anyhow Layan (boost rep) was VERY knowledgeable and informed me about things that the coliseum employees didn't! Any further transactions ie: warranty, insurance, upgrade, or accessories will be bought/dealt with through the Pontiac Mall location”
