“I've been to these guys twice. Both times my Mercedes-Benz was done and ready by the end of the work day. I had a blower motor issue one month and my power steering went out last week. Had my SUV towed there in the morning and it was ready to go by the end of the day. Fast and efficient. I will continue to take my Mercedes-Benz here.”
“I had no difficulty scheduling for service and was kept informed during the appointment as to progress being made. Accommodations are comfortable. Cleaning of the car after, was very well done.”
“Their staff is very friendly and helpful. My car can't start today in the plaza outside their shop. I walked to them for help. They helped me jump the car twice and ultimately help me push the car to a parking spot since something else is wrong with the car. Theoretically, they don't have to help me, but they are still nice enough to help out. Your kindness is greatly appreciated!”

“Was able to get right in, quick service. Receipt didn't itemize costs though, that would be better. A clean windshield should be part of a service, that is what we did when I was in the business. We also swept out the floors in front, just a nice touch that doesn't cost anything to do, and made our customers feel better.”
“Staff were very knowledgeable about my issues. I got right in. I am a housekeeper in a well known hospital. I was amazed when I witnessed a man wiping down walls, baseboards, even the chairs. In over 50 years of having service done on my car. I have never seen a person really clean their business in the daytime. KUDOS JIFFY LUBE! I was quite impressed. Keep up the great 360 service. “O'Daniel was wonderful to work with my daughter and her first time buying a car. Kylee was so helpful with us. Me and my daughter both work full time so this process took about 4 days to do. She checked in with us and it never felt pushy. Bryce was also so helpful too. He checked in with us and he was great working on getting my daughter and deal.

“Came in for a set of 4 new tires I bought from online. Had zero problems aside from a minor hiccup on a different tire set being installed than the ones that were agreed on. With that being said, I was in around 7am, was back by 8:15 am. Quick turnaround. Very nice people behind the desk. Was worried with all the lousy reviews but this proved wrong.
My suggestion is to come in early, beat the crowds.”
“Had a blowout on my camper, pulled in thinking “this’ll probably take for ever, being it’s Walmart” but that wasn’t the case at all, it was pretty fast they did the spare i already blew out while i was taking the other one of the camper, buy the time i brought the other one to them and went inside and payed they were done with the second one! “Great for oil changes and tires. I pay for the tire warranty at Walmart because it is good at any Walmart that has an auto center all over America. And Walmart is everywhere!Also, Walmart doesn't make the tires, they just sell them & install them. So like anyplace, buy the best tires you can afford & pay the extra $15 per tire for the Walmart road hazard....”
