“It was really convenient to be able to use the app to set my rental up and pick it up in just a few hours. I wish the staff had explained the paperwork a little more but they were friendly and fast and I could leave my car there while I ran to pick up furniture across town. Which is why I rented one. I returned it same day even with the store being closed which was also really nice. The app made it so that I was only charged for the time I had it. Very happy”

“Excellent experience renting U-haul trailer from this location. Trailer was in great condition, tires were in good condition, inside trailer was very clean. Tim did great in contacting me to ensure that my reservation was correct. He had all the paperwork completed when I arrived for the pickup. If I were not moving away from Fort Wayne I would have considered servicing my personal vehicles at his shop.”

“I had a good experience with Selking International. The voltage started spiking on my 2016 International Lonestar. Thankfully I was able to make my delivery in Ft Wayne in the morning and went to Selking afterwards. They informed me that it would be two days before they could look at it. I was a little frustrated by that news but was not surprised by seeing the amount of trucks on their yard. Two days later my truck was the first one in the shop. They diagnosed it and quoted me to replace the cinch wire from the battery to the alternator. I approved the repair and Selking called me later that day to tell me that I needed a new alternator as the cinch wire port on the alternator fell out when a wrench was put on it. I was again frustrated and began to believe that they were just throwing parts at it till it was fixed. Irregardless, I approved the alternator replacement and the issue was resolved. Picking up the truck I was very concerned about the bill. In hindsight I realized that the original diagnosis of the cinch wire was probably not the cause of the voltage issue if the alternator post was cracked or loose. I was concerned that I would be billed for too many labor hours for a repair that was not necessary. When I arrived and saw the bill I was pleasantly surprised. I felt the labor rates were reasonable and fair based on the work they had done and I was not being overcharged. I am a former service writer from a truck dealership in my hometown, so I’m very familiar with the repair and invoice process that happens at a dealership shop. Kudos to Selking! I appreciate your honesty and professionalism and I am happy to say a job well done.
