River Pointe Townhomes is a very nice and clean place to live in Fort Wayne, close to interstates, the zoo, restaurants, and universities. The community offers updated apartments and townhomes with a playground, clubhouse, and on-site parking. The management team and maintenance crew are awesome and wonderful, getting jobs done in a reasonable amount of time. The office staff is understanding, patient, and works with residents as much as possible. It is a pet-friendly community where residents report having a good experience and are happy to have a place to call home.

I love my new apt the nice office ppl like Amanda and nijel are so welcoming and attentive towards my concerns.The move in process was so smooth I would highly recommend moving in to these wonderful apts. I would say I feel safe moving here with my son

This is a very nice place to live the management team in the maintenance crew are awesome they get their job done in a reasonable an amount of time if there is any problems and it is clean and a very nice place to live Thank you for all you do

I wish I could give more then five stars Eric save the day when are door lock got messed up and we could not open are door. The whole RiverPointe team is wonderful
