“Rented from out of town. First time renting from the Fort Wayne facility. A gentleman named Nate answered all my questions and had me set up very quickly. When I returned the vehicle, another team member had me checked out in a matter of minutes. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Any future rental requirements will definitely be headed their way!”

“If I coud give 10 stars, I would. Connor S Luth helped us! I explained him sensitivity of our situ We had a breakdown on a straight through and called Ryder of Ft Wayne. It took less than an hour to get our guy in a rental truck! One hour after the call! Truckers!

“Excellent experience renting U-haul trailer from this location. Trailer was in great condition, tires were in good condition, inside trailer was very clean. Tim did great in contacting me to ensure that my reservation was correct. He had all the paperwork completed when I arrived for the pickup. If I were not moving away from Fort Wayne I would have considered servicing my personal vehicles at his shop.”
