Shoe Dept. Encore is a family-friendly footwear store offering great value for money with brand-name shoes, the latest trends, and accessories for women, men, and kids. It features a good selection of well-known brands and shoes in extended sizes. The large stores provide plenty of room to shop. While the products are great, the staffing and service could be improved and made faster, especially on busy days. Store associates are ready to help find your fit and can offer to order items not in stock. A downside is that some shoes are kept in the back to prevent theft.
I looked in several boxes, found only 1 shoe in 2 of the boxes, the other boxes were empty. Gave up and left.

One lady working register and going back to get the other shoe. Need to open more registers when line gets long and not have 1 lady doing all the work. First time we ever saw this happen.
