“I would love to talk to the owner of this place. I had a very upsetting customer service experience. I was absolutely stunned by how I was spoken to. I don't know how to get the owner to call me but I would love to talk to someone that's the owner. I will change my review if I can talk to the owner.
UPDATE: I talked to the manager and he was very kind. He knew exactly that employee I was talking about because she has gotten complaints before. She called me to issue an apology. I still think that she needs to not be the one that talks to the customers. They have a really great quality prints at a good price. I hope now the issue is resolved.”
