“For the last 10 years I’ve despised going to UPS compared to competitors (like FedEx, or USPS) for shipping items because the customer experience was always terrible.
That being said the UPS store, especially the one on Maysville Road in Fort Wayne has completely changed my experience with the company now I no longer dread having to interact with UPS.
