“By far the best pakmail in Fort Wayne! I made the mistake of going to a different pakmail location and did not receive the fantastic service I normally get at the DuPont location. I didn’t get the name of the ladies at the DuPont location, but they are great! I won’t go to any other pakmail on the future. These ladies get you the best prices and best costumer service. I can tell they enjoy their jobs. They definitely enjoy seeing their regulars too!”

“For the last 10 years I’ve despised going to UPS compared to competitors (like FedEx, or USPS) for shipping items because the customer experience was always terrible. That being said the UPS store, especially the one on Maysville Road in Fort Wayne has completely changed my experience with the company now I no longer dread having to interact with UPS. I leave having had a pleasant experience. I always appreciate the kind, helpful and empathetic associates that work at the store! It is very rare to have a third-party company change one’s impression of a larger group. Very impressed.”

“I had a wonderful experience with UPS. My package was handled with care, and I truly appreciate the professionalism, reliability, and convenience of the service. From the tracking updates to the delivery, I felt confident knowing my package was in good hands. I especially appreciate the hard work of the UPS drivers and employees who make sure packages arrive safely and on time. Their dedication and service do not go unnoticed. Thank you, UPS, for continuing to provide dependable service and making the delivery experience easy and stress-free. Overall, I am very satisfied with my UPS experience and would definitely recommend UPS to others. Keep up the great work!”

“FedEx onsite is super helpful for shipping and picking up packages when you don't live anywhere near a FedEx location. These people leaving 1-star reviews about FedEx misdelivering their packages CLEARLY don't understand the difference between FedEx on-site and the delivery service that has absolutely nothing to do with on-site except for being owned by the same company. ?♀️?♀️?♀️”
