“I came in late on a Friday afternoon needing to ship nine different 20 pound bricks in 4 boxes to Brazil and Japan.
Tim was clearly busy, but took the time to help me, pack the boxes, and fill out all the paperwork.
He even later emailed me the package stickers and tracking numbers so I didnt need to stick around well he packed everything up.
Outstanding service and a great example of why I use pakmail for all my packages!”
“I went in today (a week before Christmas) to mail out a document. It ended up being more complicated than expected and the woman helping me was so kind and patient. Meanwhile my 8 week old was very worked up during this and another employee helped me by rocking her car seat so I could address everything as needed. I was so appreciative of their service!”
