Quick easy and reliable. Star is very easy to get in contact with and you dont have to go through 10 prompts to speak with someone. 3 miles from my house so if I need to stop in its close.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful! I always enjoy stopping in to do my banking. Personal service is at a all time low in retail these days! It's nice to know I can count on the STAR staff to be professional, and with some small chit-chat, put a smile on my face!! Keep up the great job, you guys (& gals) do daily!!!
