They were super kind and helpful with my transaction. Considering I didn’t really know what I was doing with a bigger shipment.

Staff have always been super friendly and efficient, and manager (Linda if I recall correctly) specifically was so helpful on my last encounter with this location! Thankful to have a great UPS store in this area!

The speed and helpfulness of my customer service representative. The team member that assisted my husband was wonderful and very helpful. We are very happy that this location is servicing the north east side of Fort Wayne.
