“I just want to say that my last minute search in needing a cargo van to rent to move furniture turned out to be a good ending. I may have not found a cargo van, but the help from Nate and Kyle was superb. It was the last box truck they had, however it was having issues, and only had 4 miles to empty. Literally. Redlined. Mind you, it was returned the way it was found, so the previous customer found it near empty, so it was left empty. I brought my concerns to Nate, and his coworker (idk his name) let me use/borrow his jump start kit for the drive to indy. Nate took care of me in a fair manner and I highly recommend using Enterprise van/truck rental off Lima road. I didnt ask for anything, but they were kind, courteous and made the transaction right, even though they didnt have to. Kindness goes a long way, I will be sure to use them again for my future needs! Thank you Nate!!”
“I've not yet used the truck repair side or purchased a truck from them, but I do buy parts from them, Ago is my go-to parts man! He goes the extra mile for me on finding parts for my "antique" trucks ? and I often get them delivered to my place. Just all around great guy, has good communication, and actually puts in a lot of effort to find what I need. I'm not some big-time trucking guy, I just have some old trucks to fix up, and he doesn't just dismiss me. “Excellent experience renting U-haul trailer from this location. Trailer was in great condition, tires were in good condition, inside trailer was very clean. Tim did great in contacting me to ensure that my reservation was correct. He had all the paperwork completed when I arrived for the pickup. If I were not moving away from Fort Wayne I would have considered servicing my personal vehicles at his shop.”
