There was an issue with the wall between units. I was notified, access requested and arranged, and it was quickly repaired. Very nice folks to work with.

I've been using U-STOR for a dozen years now without any problems. The only thing I would like to see put back in service is the use of a light in the storage unit. I would use the unit more if I could come during hours when there is not enough light outside to see in the unit.
