I can't believe I'm saying this but these people are actually TOO helpful. If it's empty, they greet you the moment you step through the door and ask all sorts of questions. Let me browse the flat rate mailers in peace!!!

Super helpful over the phone. Staff have helped me with package mix-ups twice now and I appreciate the open communication. Being able to talk with a person over the phone helps me fix issues fast, the automated system is not nearly as helpful as these staff members.
