“I appreciate Costco. I am having difficulties with Costco.com and getting orders delivered so I happily drove the hour to the warehouse to get my items. I wish the check out matron was not grouchy about my identification card and me having to prove my identity.”
“Writing as a truck driver. Unloading was very quick. You can back in from blind side, or turn around where possible. When I got there , no other trucks were at docks so I turn with no problem. Looks like they do quick job on deliveries and shipping, daycabs are coming and leaving quick. Friendly staff.”

“I arrived at 4am for a 9am appointment the employee arrived and told me he had to get his trucks out the way first but was very polite and professional I was unloaded by 8am I parked on the street he came and got me around 7am I had a great experience thanks”

“Nice place to PU! Park on the street,( there's not much traffic on the street), walk in through the gate and follow the clearly marked sign to S&R. They'll either call you with a door or give you one upon arrival. The woman at S&R is very nice. Enough room to maneuver but not alot out front. Fast loading!”

“A short while after the young man from Tribus left our basement today where he had changed out the water meter my wife heard the sump pump loudly clunking. This is something that hasn't happened since we had it replaced. My wife went downstairs and found a water pipe leaking onto the floor where this young man had been working. I called Tribus right away (5:47pm on a Friday). The woman who answered the phone said a "Lead Technician" would get back to me right away to tell me how soon they could be out to fix the leak. That was two hours ago.This morning (Saturday) at 0813 a Tribus representative called. Last night before around 9pm when I turned the valve off leading from the sump pump then turned the valve back on, the leak stopped. This morning the Tribus rep came out 0900 and explained what had happened. Pressure had released causing the leak. The rep was very pleasant and informative.All is well. We have a new meter and no leaking pipes. We are grateful to City Water and Tribus.”
“Well, my experience was pretty good. Got there at 7:30 for a 8:00 am app. Lady at the guard shack was nice and explained everything good. Though I would be there a lot longer, but got me out by 11, so I’ll call it a win. I’ve definitely had worse. They have porta johns, so I’m good”
