“I appreciate Costco. I am having difficulties with Costco.com and getting orders delivered so I happily drove the hour to the warehouse to get my items. I wish the check out matron was not grouchy about my identification card and me having to prove my identity.”

“As a new member, I didn't have a physical card to put into the gas pump for payment. Lucky me, the attendant was kind and helped me get the payment completed. She then pointed me to the member services desk, where a physical card could be printed for me.
Gas prices were low, and I was really thankful for the extra assistance. Very positive experience all around.”
“I ordered some shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner arrived in good shape and had packing materials in the box to help protect the bottles. I received the shampoo at a different time and there was nothing in the box but the two bottles and a bunch of shampoo. I messaged the company and had a great experience and they sent me out two new bottles within a couple of days. This box came to me with damaged and cracked shampoo bottles and another wet box. I contacted customer service again and they were wonderful but I am worried that the third box will return damaged and I will still be without shampoo (it has now been about 2 weeks since I first ordered it). I have not had issues in the past with things arriving damaged but I guess I may have to just ordered stuff in store or purchase it elsewhere. I am really disappointed because this is unlike all my previous experiences with Sam’s. Hopefully this isn’t indicative of future Sam’s trips.”

“I usually avoid Costco on Saturday but today I needed some extra supplies for a wedding reception so I didn't have a choice.It was crazy crowded but I was impressed with how cheerful the employees were. My cashier was working very fast but still managed to keep up a pleasant conversation. At each register an employees unloading carts and another employee was loading the carts after the cashiers finished scanning each item.This allowed the checkout lines to move very quickly. Every employee I saw today had a smile and pleasant greeting.”
“I rented a car that ended up with a nail in it. It was late and the only place open was costco to help. Blake was so very helpful with looking at the tire and giving us option. And when he couldn't help he did some seaching of other places that might be able too provide us with the tire we need. Then he took the spare off and put the donut on it. Very speedy service and kind. I appreciate everything they could do for us!”
“Had to wait about 10 minutes, standing at the register, for an employee to authorize an alcohol purchase. If they were busy, I'd understand, but that was not the case. Won't make that mistake again!”

“In my area (28th st, Grand Rapids, MI) gas here is anywhere from 30-50 cents per gallon cheaper. There's always a friendly guy running around checking on people and saying hi. Only bad thing is this place can be crazy busy. O.W. 5 stars.
One odd thing, in Fort Wayne IN that station isn't much cheaper than all the other stations. Not sure why?”
