“In my area (28th st, Grand Rapids, MI) gas here is anywhere from 30-50 cents per gallon cheaper. There's always a friendly guy running around checking on people and saying hi. Only bad thing is this place can be crazy busy. O.W. 5 stars.
One odd thing, in Fort Wayne IN that station isn't much cheaper than all the other stations. Not sure why?”
“Really nice guys. Very helpful. Found an antenna here that I needed a second one of. They were the only ones that had it. It turns out the antenna is now built riveted and welded together in one piece, which meant I wasn't getting it through the cutout hole into my attic. They recommended and provided an antenna, one that could be brought up in pieces and assembled in the attic, that was a better regarded brand at a slightly higher price for no additional charge.”
“The pharmacy staff are so welcoming, professional and helpful every time I visit the pharmacy. They fill prescriptions accurately and on time and also provide detailed explanation about the medication.”
“As a new member, I didn't have a physical card to put into the gas pump for payment. Lucky me, the attendant was kind and helped me get the payment completed. She then pointed me to the member services desk, where a physical card could be printed for me.
Gas prices were low, and I was really thankful for the extra assistance. Very positive experience all around.”
“We love our Sam's club! Great prices. They have bulk items for your every need. Food, clothing, shoes, toiletries, household items, jewelry & so much more! The samples are even great to graze on while shopping! Easy check out, scan items in the app & go. The food court is cheap and delicious. The pizza is the absolute best.”

“I usually avoid Costco on Saturday but today I needed some extra supplies for a wedding reception so I didn't have a choice.It was crazy crowded but I was impressed with how cheerful the employees were. My cashier was working very fast but still managed to keep up a pleasant conversation. At each register an employees unloading carts and another employee was loading the carts after the cashiers finished scanning each item.This allowed the checkout lines to move very quickly. Every employee I saw today had a smile and pleasant greeting.”
“They took excellent care of me. They went above and beyond to find me a great deal, quickly changed and rotated my tires. I was able to keep my wild young boys (and myself) entertained while walking around Sam’s Club while we waited. Everyone of the employees was incredibly kind, helpful and professional. I will gladly get all of my tires from Sams from now on for the price and the customer service. Highly recommend to all Sams club members!!”

“I rented a car that ended up with a nail in it. It was late and the only place open was costco to help. Blake was so very helpful with looking at the tire and giving us option. And when he couldn't help he did some seaching of other places that might be able too provide us with the tire we need. Then he took the spare off and put the donut on it. Very speedy service and kind. I appreciate everything they could do for us!”
“Had to wait about 10 minutes, standing at the register, for an employee to authorize an alcohol purchase. If they were busy, I'd understand, but that was not the case. Won't make that mistake again!”
