“Never been much of a wholesale club person but BJ's absolutely love it it's like Costco and Sam's club and all of them just wrapped up into one it's like the best parts of all of them wrapped up into one and I love getting the gas here it's always inexpensive and it's just good it's just good gas I have a Camaro that I use and it is very sensitive to the gas I put in it so I can get the high grade gas for what I pay for my plus and I love it My car runs great off of it.”

“I visited the speedway located at 38th&M.L.K. late Sunday earlier Monday for a couple specific different items one of which being to reload my PayPal. I get all my items and I head to the counter to complete my transaction only to find out that the woman CSR on duty that night had only been working there 3 days and had not had any training on how to do anything except the the basic things so she done her best to accommodate my request for the reloading of my PayPal. Upon the completion of my transaction I was not able to reload my PayPal. The CSR apologize for not being able to complete my transaction fully, I did not get upset with her for not being able to complete it for me it wasn't her fault. So I picked up my items and I exited the building and just before getting ready to pull from the parking lot the CSR exited the building and headed towards my direction to inform me that she thinks she may have figured out how to complete the PayPal reload but was not for certain and asked if I would like to come back in and try which I did. So this female CSR went out of her way to make for sure that I left the store with everything I had been originally coming to get, so that's what she done! Great Job! I was going to give 5 stars if not for the fact of poor management!”

“My daughter Kea Smith lives at Murphy's. She's pretty much there 24/7. I don't get to see her much at all. This Will guy couldn't even give her any kind of breaks but wanted to be an assistant. I wouldn't want him being my assistant he's worthless. Kea goes way above and beyond for that place and don't get the recognition that she should. She needs a break before she ends up in the hospital for exhaustion. She gives everyone what they want then they quit on her bc they still aren't happy. I do want to thank the girls that work for kea bc they haven't quit on her and they are there for her when they can be. But I will say this until Murphy's go up in their pay people aren't going to stay you need to consider that”

“Busy place, convenient, and nice. Unfortunately it appears the building and refrigeration units cannot keep up with high temps. It was flooded inside, making it a hazardous zone and eliminated some of the regular drink options. I actually feel bad for the workers having to deal with unacceptable working conditions, customers complaining and seriously being understaffed with such conditions.”

“One of my favorite gas stations! They consistently offer some of the best prices, and the friendly staff always make it a worthwhile stop. The rewards program is a big hit with my drivers, which is why, as a company owner, I recommend my employees fill up here. They can use their points for drinks and snacks, which adds extra value.
The station is almost always open 24 hours, and the team is consistently in a great mood, making every visit pleasant. This is exactly how every Speedway should operate.
While there are some issues with the restroom facilities, I understand that this isn’t Speedway’s fault—it’s often due to inconsiderate individuals. That said, this station still stands out as a great example of excellent customer service and a well-managed location. Speedway should be proud of this store. It’s genuinely a great place to be a customer!”
