The layout of the store is welcoming and the staff is very helpful pairing you with a wine that would suit your pallet. There is also gourmet food available to enjoy with wine. “Hi, the fifth star is more like a hanging Chad, but it was earned. My wife and I went there (way out of our way) to take advantage of a meat sale for the holidays. When we got there we shopped for other stuff as well and it's a good place to shop. The meat had gone off sale but the sign was still on the display so the .meat department guy sold it to us at the sale price. He could have fussed with us but the sign clearly posted the sale price. What I like about Needlers is the choice of where to shop. Another player in retail food is good for price checking. Good old competition.”

“This store is always clean and organized. I was going to another that is closer to home but I like this one better. The isles are open instead of blocked by carts full of merchandise needing to be put in shelves. The workers are much friendlier and make sure you are finding everything ok.”

“I really like this Meijer location. It is always well stocked, and the way the store is arranged makes it easy for me to grab the items on my list without spending a lot of time. This store is very clean, and the employees are friendly. The number of self checkout registers allows for a quick check out process. “As a former employee at this store these reviews talking bad about the girls who work there is crazy. The store stays open for 12-14 hours with 3 employees! We never had time for our life we was always at work . It's hard to run a whole store with 3 employees. The store is trashed mainly because of the customers that's the funny part . Seriously a well kept dollar general for how many employees.”

“Although I miss CVS being here out of convenience, the DG market is a welcome replacement. I love the fact that they will be carrying groceries. Family Dollar across the street gets a little frustrating to deal with.The store is pretty clean but it's new of course. The selections are great and the deals are a nice touch. The staff is great so far and I hope it does not go the way the Dollar tree did down the street. Overall I'm very happy with this place being here.”

“This particular store has single-handedly restored my faith in Kroger! I have avoided Kroger for the last few months due to poor service. I happened to be near this one having lunch, and stopped in to pick up something. I was completely surprised at how friendly and helpful the employees were! I was greeted when I entered the store, employees smiled at me, and several times I was asked if I needed any help. It sounds silly to say, but this has not been my experience at either of the two Krogers that are closer to my house. I went back today to pick up something and had the exact same experience! People were friendly, they genuinely cared and helped. I will go out of my way to come to this location. The people are great, the store is clean, and it was very well-stocked. It was a great experience, and I know I will drive the extra distance to shop at this location.”

“Hello, I recently visited the local Kroger store on Pendleton Pike, Indianapolis, IN to make a special request in the Deli department. I was initially apprehensive to make the request because of past experiences and with everything that has transpired over the past few years with COVID 19 and the economy we have become short fused and less accommodating to each other. It seems that we as a people have been desensitized how to interact with each other and empathy, care, and respect is a thing of the past. I wanted to take a few minutes to offer a ray of hope. I asked for the manager expecting the worst outcome that my special request would not be honored. Then I am greeted by the manager, Kerri (not sure of the correct spelling) who not only listened but showed empathy toward my request and made me feel that my request was of the upmost concern to her (even though I know she tons of other things going on). I left the Deli on cloud nine feeling a glimmer of hope that there are still people in our society who care about providing ultimate service. This was a big deal to me because I have unfortunately become numb to subpar customer service. Kerri optimizes everything customer service stands for. Kerri went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was completely satisfied and that she totally met my needs. Kerri obviously has been grounded in excellent customer service and hopeful that she continues spreading her much needed culture abroad. Kerri is to be congratulated for a job well done! I usually check their mobile app for ecoupons/deals to add to my Kroger card before shopping. Typically busy here. Hard to get the shopping carts around, especially the produce area. Their parking is a bit limited too.”

“I was in village pantry a little over a week ago usually I go to the village pantry on 96th street but they were out hot fries. My pregnant wife was in need . It was not safe to go home without hot fries . Lucky for me they were fully stocked and A blonde woman named K showed me the location in store. K was exceptionally personable she recommended a similar item and it was amazing . The wife has now a new favorite product . k went above and beyond that after I told her my wife was due next month and was miserable and cannot sleep . She referred her to a maternity yoga class which she absolutely loves . When I already thought K was to good to be real she came out from behind the desk and even opened the door for me and handed me a little teddy bear that she got from a non profit job that she has and said good luck . This is now our new village pantry.”
