“Took my 2014 Ford Escape to get an oil change this morning and was very pleased with the service we had today. Out of all places I have taken my car to get serviced for an oil change, none of them have been able to figure out why my car smokes out of the exhaust and smelt like a "burnt maple" smell in the cabin.... I have also been told by one of the "reputable" auto service businesses in greenfield that I needed to just sell my car, because they thought that this problem wasn't able to be fixed, and they didn't know what else to do for me- I have given this particular place my time and money when this issue was quickly resolved on a Saturday morning today. For several years now I have had problems with my antifreeze running low, and hundreds of dollars spent in trying to figure out why I was having this problem (even taking it to multiple Ford dealers over time) and by taking my car to Take 5 in greenfield, has left me very impressed yet again. The manager at this location has always been very explanatory and he was able to quickly assess and figure out what was wrong and fix the issue. The manager (Brandon) was even able to show us how badly our antifreeze looked, and explained why it needed flushed and replaced with new coolant- this is what the issue was and all this time I had no idea. I feel like I learn something new each time I have been with my partner to Take 5 for services from the manager there- I hope I'm getting his name right, but Brandon Lucas, I can't believe I didn't think to have you take a look sooner. “Ive heard people rave about Mobile 1, how great it is, etc. Finally decided to try it, and was very pleased. Says it can go 15-17k, but I just changed it at 10k, also with mobile 1 here.Don't think ill ever use another type of oil in any vehicle I own, ever.”

“Go here for all your car care needs. Had my oil changed and was going to have tires rotated. But on examing and measuring the tires, they said the tires did not need to be rotated at this time. Appreciated their honesty. Saved some money there. Very friendly. Will answer any questions you have. Extra shout out to Christy at the desk that makes appointments. Love her.”
