“Took my 2010 Hyundai Elantra in a few weeks ago. They replaced my clutch and continued working the problem when I still couldn’t get it to shift into first. They are dedicated to customer service and amplify integrity when it comes to resolving an ongoing issue. I really appreciate all of their hard work and recommend them over any other auto repair shop.”
“Overall good. Went for an oil change. They showed me a filter in the car (that I aquired in April) appeared to have been home to a rodent while idle and parked in a rural area home garage for several months. The recommendation was slightly over the top but caution was understandable. Upon taking to a dealer who could do the recommended work by JL (clean motor blower) it was determined that the filter had protected the blower. The nest was not in the blower itself. Nevertheless, the result was a very expensive fix getting the AC vents cleaned and other issue that were uncovered with failing tire sensor and low AC refresher. Overall, I'm glad I made the decision to have the oil change. Perhaps for sanitary reasons the crew didn't do the customary vacuum of the interior (the dealer didn't either - boo) so I did when I got the car back.”

“Poor service got an oil change and tire rotation. They did not reset my oil service life on the vehicle rotated the tires however they did not check the air pressure in the tires. I had one tire that was 6 pounds low and they did not fill it.”

Hands down, the BEST experience I’ve had with an auto mechanic. Needed new front brake pads and rotors. Replaced in 2 hours and for $250+ cheaper than anyone else around.

“Great place. Team members really take care of each other. Only thing, they did not reset my oil life. Still says I need an oil change. Can I take it back and they do it?”
“Ran into an issue with my tire leaking from the stem. They were honest and told me to just replace the stem. It was also fast as I was in and out in under an hour. Not a huge deal but one issue was tire was not refilled to correct amount and had to fill tire afterwards.”

“Not 15 minute service but they did a great job! I would definitely come back for tire pressure and oil change. They also did my battery. Battery took about 40 minutes which i guess isn’t typical . Still great job all around”
“I usually do my own oil changes but decided to let someone else do the job. The price wasn't too bad the guy that helped me had a very calm and comforting tone. I got my oil and air filter changed ,battery cleaned, and all my fluids topped off. He explained everything along the way. I was able to get everything done on my lunch break. I did NOT leave there feeling ripped off. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get in and out with no appointment”
“We are traveling in our camper van and started hearing a strange noise from our radiator fan. We took it to Hobbs based on the glowing online reviews we saw. Showed up in the morning with our fingers crossed that they could at least take a look at the problem. Friendly staff said they would try to get the van in for at least a look. Great team had us back on the road before we knew it. So thankful for quality reputable shops like this!”

“Had an appt for them to check out my brakes and suspension and within an hour of their having opened (I'd done overnight drop off), they'd called and advised what was necessary versus what could be postponed along with a really good recommendation of how long each of those things could wait. I got a quote for the things they were going to do that was extremely reasonable, and when I came in to pick up the car and pay only a few hours later, it was actually over $100 (maybe closer to $200) less than even the quoted amount, so to say I'm happy with them is an understatement. On top of that, the service advisor was super friendly. I'd been nervous to take my car in bc I'd never gone to them before but also haven't really gone anywhere in Indianapolis for significant repairs since moving here, but am wicked glad I went to Ty's.”
