“My son and I have lived here for almost 3 years and we absolutely LOVE IT! My apartment is beautiful and my neighbors are kind. If I ever have/had a maintenance issue they are always quick to respond. Is the rent high, yes, however I do not have to pay for anything to be fixed and as a single momma this alone alleviates anxiety of something breaking. I have always felt safe here, even walking in late at night. We are also only a mile walk on Jefferson to get to downtown Franklin AND a hop away from the fairgrounds. I don’t see us moving anytime soon. Love calling Cityview Farm home!”
“My niece recently moved into this property. She is very happy and her apartment looks great. I helped her move in. I am in the market for a new place but I think Franklin may be to south for me or I would be applying here as well. My niece had a great experience with staff. The property is definitely older but has been clean every time I was there and looks like they are doing a lot of landscaping work to spruce it up. Highly recommend!”
“We moved here in Dec of 2021; we are coming up to our 2-year mark and so far, we have truly enjoyed living here. It is peaceful (for the most part), clean, the office is always helpful and communicates any information we may need to know. The maintenance responds in a timely fashion if they are needed, and the grounds are always well kept. We have no intentions of moving, and it helps that all of the people in my specific building are friendly. If I had one complaint, I wish they had a better playground for my kid (and the other kids), but that isn't enough to lose a star over.”
