“We’ve almost lived here a month! The entire experience from applying, to moving in, to getting settled has been such a relaxing and easy one! The same day we applied we heard back that we got our apartment! I don’t think we’ve ever had such a quick turn around! City View Farm Apartments are a pretty quiet neighborhood with decent privacy (especially if you’re in the back of the buildings) As far as we can tell, noise doesn’t travel very much. You can tell these apartments are very well sealed. They’re also renovating apartments! I don’t think we’ve ever moved into an apartment AS move-in ready as this one! Brand new appliances, new flooring, and the thick blinds are an awesome plus, too! The leasing manager, Tracy is always a pleasure to talk to, as well as all of the other staff! I genuinely didn’t think apartment-living could be so stress free and so enjoyable. I love my apartment, to say the least. :)”
“My niece recently moved into this property. She is very happy and her apartment looks great. I helped her move in. I am in the market for a new place but I think Franklin may be to south for me or I would be applying here as well. My niece had a great experience with staff. The property is definitely older but has been clean every time I was there and looks like they are doing a lot of landscaping work to spruce it up. Highly recommend!”
