“I recently had my ac unit go out. It was 730pm. It was 80 in my apartment. I called the maintenance line. They showed up within 10 minutes. The maintenance guy actually replaced the motor. He is so nice. The office manager as well. Love these apartment personnel”

It is very quiet here ( We Love ) and all off the neighbors look out for each other. Everyone is very kind and friendly.

“My son and I have lived here for almost 3 years and we absolutely LOVE IT! My apartment is beautiful and my neighbors are kind. If I ever have/had a maintenance issue they are always quick to respond. Is the rent high, yes, however I do not have to pay for anything to be fixed and as a single momma this alone alleviates anxiety of something breaking. I have always felt safe here, even walking in late at night. We are also only a mile walk on Jefferson to get to downtown Franklin AND a hop away from the fairgrounds. I don’t see us moving anytime soon. Love calling Cityview Farm home!”
“We moved here in Dec of 2021; we are coming up to our 2-year mark and so far, we have truly enjoyed living here. It is peaceful (for the most part), clean, the office is always helpful and communicates any information we may need to know. The maintenance responds in a timely fashion if they are needed, and the grounds are always well kept. We have no intentions of moving, and it helps that all of the people in my specific building are friendly. If I had one complaint, I wish they had a better playground for my kid (and the other kids), but that isn't enough to lose a star over.”

“We were looking for a place to move and I went to Brixin to get information! Scheduled an appointment for the next day to tour the apartments! We loved them and decided to move forward! The staff was excellent and walked us thru everything! We were in an apartment within a week! Tiffany was so helpful and hands down the best! We absolutely love our new home!”
