“Always get great service when I come here. Jeff (the owner) has really good prices on his vehicles. He is very honest with me on what he thinks my vehicle needs and will refer me to other locations if need be. He also owns and sells truck beds. He will normally do insurance work, body work, paint, fix up and sell salvaged titled vehicles, and sell/install truck beds. I moved an hour and a half away but if I need to make a trip back to the area, I will try to stop by if I need any work done. I definitely recommend this shop.”

“I have a NAPA store six miles from my home. I tried doing business with that store. It was a miserable experience, so much so I actually called Corporate. I drive about twenty mile to go to this NAPA store in Franklin Indiana. Dennis is a valuable asset to this store or any NAPA he would be in. I discovered he actually owned his own garage many years ago and is a wealth of information. The store is clean and well organized and most of the time, what I need is in stock. If not, they get it ordered in.”
“Incredibly helpful staff and literal life saving assistance! I called this store early morning from states away to track down a part for my little brother who was returning home from a very long distance job. He had broken down road side in the middle of the night not near any hotels or stores. His car appeared to have a dead alternator. I searched for hours for stores nearest his location and was afraid we hit a brick wall as no one had the part he needed. But I found this store using the Advance app. They had the part he needed and was only about 15 mins away from his location. They also helped me find a mechanic who could help us at the last minute so my little bro could continue his journey home only missing half a day of work. This kind of help is truly priceless! We didn't know how else to get a broken down vehicle or my brother back home. I was a good 7 hours away from his location. He had spent one night in a cold, dead car and was hoping not to have to do it again. Thank you so much for the help getting him back on the road safely! Jordan was helpful, knowledgeable and modest. If any district or regional mgr reads this, please give the crew at this store a raise! Parts folks and honest mechanics are unsung heroes. We put our lives in their hands every time we get into our vehicles and rarely give them props. Thanks for getting a 26+ year old vehicle running smoothly again and my little brother back home!”
“Tractor Supply hosted an event for Heartbeat 4 paws, a special needs pet rescue. They advertised the event to the Shoppers and had a box to put purchases they were donating to the rescue. The staff there is tremendous, and very accommodating. The store is huge and clean, and they have everything. “I recently was interested in a 2 post lift for my shop at home and stopped by the showroom in Franklin. The owner was there and was super helpful in answering all of my questions. I decided on a lift and had DWI do the installation as well. I was completely satisfied with both the lift and the installation. Their entire team was very professional and just a pleasure to do business with. “I wanted to give a shout out to George C at the Franklin Autozone. My car was beeping at me that it needed oil and my 18 year old was going to change my oil the next day. I went in to get 1 qt of oil incase my oil was low. He offered to check it for me...my oil was so low it didn't even touch the stick...I bought the oil and he put it in my car for me. My younger kids were in the car, and he was so quick and efficient and kind hearted!!! So thankful for him and his service! God Bless you George!”
