“Generations did an awesome job of restoring my 2024 RAV4 to like new condition after I had an unfortunate encounter with the frame of my garage door opening. Their quote was considerably less than a local competitor primarily because they didn't replace parts that could be reused. Their staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I am happy I chose to do business with Generations Custom Auto and Collision.”

“Knowledgeable employees. Knew exactly what parts I needed and were able to locate the parts without a computer. Employees even knew the part numbers of the top of their heads. Will be my go to parts store from now on. Fast friendly service.”

“Always get great service when I come here. Jeff (the owner) has really good prices on his vehicles. He is very honest with me on what he thinks my vehicle needs and will refer me to other locations if need be. He also owns and sells truck beds. He will normally do insurance work, body work, paint, fix up and sell salvaged titled vehicles, and sell/install truck beds. I moved an hour and a half away but if I need to make a trip back to the area, I will try to stop by if I need any work done. I definitely recommend this shop.”

“Best dog wash room around. A whole room to ourselves with a deep basin bin, awesome water hose, included shampoo, and a professional grooming table. Other than the fact that my husky let everyone in a 5 MILE RADIUS know he didn't bath time, it was well worth the money. In other aspects of Tractor supply love all the options and products and prices!”

“Excellent Service and great help. Very fast and responsive. I’m in Australia and own 1950 Packard 327 straight eight sedan. They have helped me enormously in the restoration of the vehicle with all various parts. No problem at all. First class genuine parts all perfect. Max Merritt and the staff are very skilled in knowledge and no fuss. They must be the best from my experience and I highly recommend them to all Packard owners and mechanics. They stand alone”

“Had a truck battery failure. Dennis ran diagnostics and confirmed my battery was bad. He sold me a new battery and installed it for me. He ran diagnostics again and made sure everything was good. He went out of his way to get me up and running and back to work. I appreciate his hard work, knowledge and kindness. Thank you sir”

“Incredibly helpful staff and literal life saving assistance! I called this store early morning from states away to track down a part for my little brother who was returning home from a very long distance job. He had broken down road side in the middle of the night not near any hotels or stores. His car appeared to have a dead alternator. I searched for hours for stores nearest his location and was afraid we hit a brick wall as no one had the part he needed. But I found this store using the Advance app. They had the part he needed and was only about 15 mins away from his location. They also helped me find a mechanic who could help us at the last minute so my little bro could continue his journey home only missing half a day of work. This kind of help is truly priceless! We didn't know how else to get a broken down vehicle or my brother back home. I was a good 7 hours away from his location. He had spent one night in a cold, dead car and was hoping not to have to do it again. Thank you so much for the help getting him back on the road safely! Jordan was helpful, knowledgeable and modest. If any district or regional mgr reads this, please give the crew at this store a raise! Parts folks and honest mechanics are unsung heroes. We put our lives in their hands every time we get into our vehicles and rarely give them props. Thanks for getting a 26+ year old vehicle running smoothly again and my little brother back home!”

“Took a cylinder in that I tore apart to get seals for ended up having them put it back together. 2 hours later I’m leaving with a fresh new cylinder. Couldn’t believe how fast it was and couldn’t beat the price. Definitely will keep them in mind for future projects.”

“They had my steering gear box in stock. Rental parts sure helped the installation. They had my exhaust manifold in stock. They ordered the other side from a store close by. Paid for both and had them in hand in less than 30 minutes. I bought some wiper blades for my wifes Jeep Cherokee. The manager made sure the back one fit prior to purchase and then installed it for her.”

“It's always inexpensive people. There are 80%, polite and great. It's quick and I believe they do a very good job. They do as good a job as any expensive place would be. I usually just get oil changes here cheaper than everyone else”
