The staff have been very helpful whenever there is a problem and I feel this is a very good value for the expense. The apartment has a nice layout with the open floor concept for the kitchen/living/dining area and a good size balcony with a small closet for outside storage.

We love living at City View Farm, since getting new management it has become one of the best apartments in Franklin! The staff is very friendly and attentive!

Natalie the property manager is always great to work with, very helpful and genuine. The maintenance staff is always quick to lend a hand. Very nice downtown apartment feel without the noise. The only issue we had was parking at times can fill up quickly. Great Experience!
