“If you are looking for true customer service & support, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!I was looking for a particular fitting for a project, I went to every big box store in Greenwood, I received absolutely no help in locating the part. I was directed to Plumbers Supply by a manager of a small hardware store in Greenwood. John Barmore, ordered the part for me, called me when it arrived, then he went out of his way to help me with all the fittings I needed for my project. He took his time, explained the fitting & told how to adjust the parts & where to go to find 1 part he didn't have. Customer service is alive & well at Plumber's Supply in Franklin. John you are awesome!!”
“Tractor Supply hosted an event for Heartbeat 4 paws, a special needs pet rescue. They advertised the event to the Shoppers and had a box to put purchases they were donating to the rescue. “Super helpful staff, even for amateur DIY people. They talked me through a lot of things and helped me come up with the best solution. Their prices are just a tad higher than a big box hardware store, but they carry absolutely anything you would need vs the limited selection at the hardware store. The staff that knows what they're talking about makes it worth a couple extra bucks here and there. You won't find that other places.”
