ATM took my Check and went blank. 3 days later still didn't show that I deposit anything. The bank gave me a advance because of the ATM.3 months later the bank sent me a letter saying that the bank is going to take $1400.00 out of my account for the advance. It was never credited to my account...DON'T DEAL WITH THIS BANK.

This bank is so frustrating. The inside is closed due to COVID, and they didn't build the bank with a drive thru window. How useless! You're basically just one big ATM. At least your old location had a drive thru option.

Nothing about my experience has been positive with first financial of Franklin Indiana. The "Video Teller" machine might be the worst invention known to mankind. Any gust of wind or vehicle exhaust will dampen all communication. To compliment my terrible experience, I go in to rectify the issue and get MY money and surely enough the doors are locked with a line out the door of elderly folks waiting in frigid temperatures. Avoid like the bubonic plague!!!!

I do not hate this bank .I have been on the line waiting for over an hour and when the operator finally comes on , she can not hear me and hung up .

New Tellers are less caring and less productive. Set up of atm is deplorable. Not a good change. Preferred the previous franklin location with good bank tellers.

I have never had a situation here that could not be helped by a visit or a phone call. There have been a couple hiccups, but Darci and Chris have ALWAYS bent over backwards to get the issue figured out and fixed. My only wish is that their branch was closer to the center of Franklin.

Horrible Bank STAY AWAY . Will take your money and smile. I knew exactly what was in my account and what cleared. I needed to use the overdraft protection for one purchase. They went back and took 5 smaller purchases that already cleared and made them insufficient. 5 charges of $36 and they said well we can take off two. They are legal thief's...DO NOT USE

I will never ever ever ever ever deal with this banking Institute again the female manager is a joke she's a disgrace she should be fired on the spot she's disrespectful Now the gentleman by the name of Chris when you hire him as the manager and fire this disrespectful rude woman with a chip on her shoulder I will consider coming back there until then good riddance I will have absolutely nothing to do with this bank as long as she works there

Ever since it changed hands and names you can't get anyone to help you on the phone very very poor poor service. Customer relations are way down this used to be a bank you felt comfortable going to and talking to the people.

This bank is reprehensible, and I will never do any sort of business with them again. They closed my disabled mother's account without warning; she found out when she went into the branch to make a deposit. These people have no regard for their customers.
