I had a massive nosebleed while I was using the change machine the other day and the lady on the end by the machine was so nice to me. Another woman came out of an office and offered me water. Very very cool people. Will be returning to open account.

This bank is so frustrating. The inside is closed due to COVID, and they didn't build the bank with a drive thru window. How useless! You're basically just one big ATM. At least your old location had a drive thru option.
